The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience and be comfortable managing complex, high-acuity patients. Key Responsibilities: /t - Provide direct patient care in an LTAC setting /t - Manage patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, and IV drips /t - Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly /t - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed /t - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams /t - Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements: /t - Minimum 2 years of current and strong LTAC experience /t - Hands-on experience with traches, vents, and drips (required) /t - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (MO or compact state) – must be in hand /t - Strong clinical and critical thinking skills Certifications: /t - BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required /t - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required Patient Ratio: /t - 1:5–6 (LTAC setting) Additional Details: /t - Weekends: Every Other Weekend (EOW) /t - Local candidates accepted (same rate as travelers) /t - Must be comfortable working in a high-acuity environment Why Join Us: /t - Competitive pay packages /t - Supportive team environment /t - Opportunity to work in a specialized L HonorVet Technologies Job ID #32191161.
