Reliability Technician

Reliability Technician – US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Reliability Technician to support this project and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll deliver: Complete baseline FMEAs for facility, utility and manufacturing systems using drawings, OEM manuals, asset lists and vendor documentation. Use an approved AI-assisted tool to generate initial FMEA content, then validate and refine the output for technical accuracy. Identify credible failure modes, causes, effects and consequences for industrial equipment and systems. Develop practical preventive, predictive, condition-based and run-to-failure maintenance recommendations. What you’ll need: Extensive experience in a manufacturing, chemical-processing, utilities or comparable industrial plant environment. Direct experience completing or contributing to equipment FMEAs, maintenance strategies, equipment-criticality assessments or reliability analyses. Demonstrated experience reading P&IDs, equipment drawings, electrical diagrams or other engineering documentation to identify equipment and understand system relationships. Practical experience working with or analysing pumps, electric motors and variable-frequency drives, including an understanding of common failure modes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
