Job Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Body Shop Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at our body shop. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and services
• Collect customer information and enter it accurately into the system.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide information to customers regarding services, pricing, and estimated completion times.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with the technicians and other staff members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office
• Familiarity with automotive terminology and repair processes is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
