About the Position The Senior Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for the ArchKey Solutions Enterprise. This role serves as an experienced marketing generalist responsible for leading complex marketing projects, developing high-impact content, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support business development and sales objectives. The Senior Marketing Specialist collaborates closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Sales, Preconstruction, and Operations to translate market insights and customer needs into compelling messaging, campaigns, and marketing materials. This position combines strong project ownership, creative storytelling, digital marketing expertise, and a data-driven mindset to advance marketing initiatives and improve measurable outcomes, while maintaining brand integrity and alignment with all Company policies, procedures, values, key objectives and regulations. Partners with marketing leadership and business development teams to translate strategic priorities into marketing programs and initiatives. Contributes to marketing strategy development by providing insights from campaign performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Identifies opportunities to improve marketing processes, messaging, and campaign effectiveness. Develops high-quality marketing content including case studies, project profiles, presentations, infographics, website content, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. Translates technical project information and service capabilities into clear, compelling messaging aligned with ArchKey Solutions’ value proposition. Ensures brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications in alignment with company brand standards and visual identity guidelines. Collaborates with subject matter experts and business unit leaders to gather insights for marketing materials and campaigns. Manages website and digital content updates to ensure accuracy, SEO alignment, relevance, and user engagement. Supports the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, Pay Per Click (PPC), and social media initiatives. Contributes to content and social media calendars by developing and coordinating blog posts, social media content, and campaign materials. Monitors digital marketing trends, performance metrics, and industry best practices to recommend improvements. Develops client-facing materials including presentations, case studies, project sheets, and sales collateral that support pursuit strategies and customer engagement. Collaborates with Business Development and Sales teams to support pursuit messaging, differentiators, and proposal content as needed. Maintains and organizes marketing content libraries, project profiles, and client references to support pursuit readiness. Tracks and analyzes key marketing performance metrics and campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing dashboards. Provides data-driven insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and audience engagement. Supports ongoing market research efforts and development of buyer personas with the business development team. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors (design, photography, video, and marketing partners) to ensure quality deliverables within scope and timeline. Maintains marketing databases and systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of proprietary information. Coordinates production of marketing materials, branded merchandise, and print collateral as needed. Consistently makes decision in an attentive and safe manner to ensure the safety and health of self and others. Utilizes LEAN concepts or other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the most efficient operations, processes, and activities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required. 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in B2B, construction, engineering, professional services, or technical industries. Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns, developing content, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. Experience collaborating with business development or sales teams to support growth initiatives. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media tools. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and marketing performance dashboards. Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and digital engagement strategies. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing content. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and identify improvement opportunities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Proven ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop effective marketing solutions. Travel Occasional travel may be required.
