Overview The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility offers an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Technician. The role includes car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in‑fleet service, and vehicle reconditioning performed in accordance with company policies and procedures. The position requires reasonable judgment, initiative, and a focus on customer needs while meeting company quality standards. The pay for this position starts at $34 per hour and may increase to $49 per hour based on length of service and certifications. An additional $1 per hour is earned for each ASE certification beyond the minimum four (up to ten total: A1–A8, X1 & L1). This role is located at our Service Center, 2006 S 146th St, SeaTac, WA 98168. Responsibilities Ensure all repairs and preventive maintenance are completed according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines. Complete required manufacturer training and perform warranty and recall repairs. Complete ADA installs as required upon completion of training. Maintain vehicle repair history by accurately documenting Repair Orders to reflect parts used and steps taken. Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventive maintenance. Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures. Utilize multiple manufacturer websites, software, and diagnostic tools. Process new fleet, LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation or buy‑backs as needed. Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition. Update job knowledge through company and manufacturer‑approved training or industry‑related training. Follow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. Perform manual labor, including bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Handle objects up to 50 pounds with prolonged standing and walking. Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as required. Four or more current, valid ASE certifications. Degree in Automotive Technology or completion of Automotive Technical College or technical vocational training (preferred). Understanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures is a plus. Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on the driving record within the past three years. Basic PC and Microsoft Office experience. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
