Join a growing manufacturing team where you'll take ownership of 3-axis CNC machines and HAAS routers , turning customer drawings into precision-machined parts. This is a hands-on role for machinists who enjoy setup, programming, troubleshooting, and seeing projects through from start to finish.

• Set up, program, and operate 3-axis CNC machines and HAAS routers
• Use Fusion 360 CAD/CAM software
• Interpret blueprints and customer drawings
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot tooling, programming, and machine issues
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Maintain quality, safety, and production standards

• Experience setting up and programming CNC equipment
• HAAS router experience preferred
• Fusion 360 CAD/CAM experience
• Blueprint reading and machine shop math skills
• Experience with measuring tools and quality inspections
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment

• G-Code programming
• ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
• Milling, lathe, or fabrication experience
• Manufacturing and industrial production environments

This is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo, NY.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
