We are looking for a talented and friendly Full-Time Assistant / Salon Manager Stylist to join our team! Our pay range is $16.00-$40.00+ an hour, which includes a guaranteed base wage, product bonuses, performance bonuses and tips. This open position is for 35-40+ hours a week. Our hours of operation are: Monday - Friday, 9am-8pm Saturday - 9am-6pm Sunday - 10am-6pm Our benefits package for stylists working FT hours a week includes health, vision and dental insurance and 401k with employer contribution along with paid time off and holiday pay. What you bring to the team:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
