We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our thriving property management team. This role is pivotal in driving property occupancy and ensuring resident satisfaction through exceptional sales, marketing, and customer service efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and effectively showcase apartment features and community amenities to prospective residents, utilizing strong sales and marketing techniques.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries from prospective and current residents via phone, email, and in-person interactions, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Process lease applications, verify applicant information, and prepare lease contracts with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of market conditions, competitor offerings, and community policies to effectively position our properties.
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract new residents and increase property visibility.
• Manage resident relations, address concerns, and facilitate positive interactions, contributing to overall customer service excellence.
• Utilize Yardi property management software for daily tasks, including tracking leads, managing resident information, and generating reports.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and organized resident files and administrative records.
• Adhere to all fair housing laws and company policies in all leasing activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service, with a focus on building rapport and closing deals.
• Thorough knowledge of leasing processes and lease contract administration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel, for daily administrative functions.
• Working knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a demanding environment.
• Detail-oriented approach to all tasks, ensuring accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Professionalism in all interactions, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for property visits and outreach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property leasing or real estate.
• Familiarity with sales prospecting techniques.
• Experience in property management operations.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal communications skills for building relationships with residents and team members.
