Driven, service-minded individuals who enjoy selling a product they believe in will excel in this position.CWS Values: You will embrace our core values and set an example to the team by demonstrating these values on a daily basis.Make safety a top priority Ensure that the health, well-being, and safety of our team members, residents, contractors, and yourself is foremost in mind in conducting any and all business activities.What Your Day Consists OfLease the communityMarket the communityMaintain positive resident satisfaction and retentionMaintain general office organizationCommunicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team membersParticipate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety ProgramsWhat You Bring To UsHigh school diploma or GED (required)Knowledge of on-site management operations, customer service experience, and Yardi software experience (preferred)Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance (required)Sales and customer service experience (required)Able to adhere to a set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as requiredAble to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsAble to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphereAble to perform work responsibilities at locations other than “home” propertyAble to travel within major metropolitan areas and may be required to attend company functions in other citiesWork EnvironmentWork is performed in both office and field environments within residential apartment communities. Position requires frequent interaction with residents, prospective residents,vendors, and team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions while conducting property tours and inspections.Physical RequirementsRequires frequent walking of the apartment community, including model units, vacant apartments, and common areas while conducting tours and assisting residents and prospective residents. Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
