Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is currently seeking a family medicine physician to join our team at the clinic located in Indio, CA. There may be an opportunity for a medical directorship for qualified candidates. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, faith-oriented setting.

The preferred candidate will be a Board-Certified Family Physician with experience in primary care. We value strong interpersonal skills and are looking for a physician who is eager to build meaningful relationships with patients and collaborate with them on personalized health and wellness plans.

Education:

We are proud to be the largest specialty-based and teaching health center (THC) FQHC in the country. In alignment with our mission and values, we offer over 900 medical residents and students from a local university the chance to serve our most vulnerable populations, helping them become leaders in the community.

Healthcare:

Our organization has been recognized as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). All our physicians are affiliated with a prominent health system, enabling our patients to receive exceptional care from providers trained in more than 35 specialties. Our integrated care model allows patients to access behavioral health services, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, social workers, and chaplains during the same visit, if necessary. This comprehensive, team-based approach is what sets us apart as the preferred provider for our patients.

Partnership:

We understand that underserved populations require a wide range of support that goes beyond our direct services. Our success relies on forming strong partnerships with over 100 community organizations, leveraging their expertise to ensure we deliver holistic care to our patients.

The salary range for this position is between $285,000 and $340,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
