The Role The SAP Extended Warehouse Management Senior Consultant carries out high‑quality project work for customers, builds the Connected Logistics capability in North America, and fosters its continued growth within the SAP Digital Enterprise service unit. The role requires a focused, analytical mindset and the ability to work toward set objectives with autonomy, accountability, and a hands‑on execution style. The candidate ensures service quality for existing clients, cultivates relationships with new customers, and supports new business opportunities. Responsibilities Engage in challenging projects in management, process, and IT consulting focused on the automotive industry. Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in supply chain management. Define detailed blueprints for development requirements. Deploy process, quality, and cost‑optimised logistics concepts. Create long‑term relationships with clients. Identify and lead business development opportunities. Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor. Assume responsibility as (sub) project team leader. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent. Experience 4+ years of work experience in consulting or the automotive industry. Minimum 4 years of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) experience (process & customizing). Minimum 3 full SAP lifecycle implementations. Profound SAP project and go‑live experience (SAP implementation approach). SAP certifications are a plus. Professional appearance with strong customer focus. Analytical and structured working attitude. Travel Up to 100% travel required. Physical Requirements Job operates in an office environment; uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must walk, sit, stand, talk, hear, climb stairs, and work on a computer for prolonged periods; work in an open office/noisy environment. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods while travelling in a car or airplane.
