Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you‘ll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program..
• Active FL state PT license required to start.
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership potential. Candidate will supervise 4-6 therapists.
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedics and aquatic therapy preferred.
• Willingness to perform limited administrative duties and support a growing clinic environment.
• Open to new graduates; all resumes will be considered.
