Junior Creative Director. MUST HAVE A HYPERLINK TO YOUR PORTFOLIO ON YOUR RESUME ONSITE 4 DAYS A WEEK NORTH AUSTIN/ROUND ROCK AREA Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a Art Director to join our team supporting the award-winning internal creative studio of a global technology company. We’re looking for a design-driven, highly conceptual creative who is excited about how AI can enhance the creative process, not replace the creative magic behind a great idea . You’ll concept alongside copywriters and creative leads, experiment with new tools and approaches, and roll up your sleeves to turn ideas into polished campaign work across digital, social, web, and print. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of agency or in-house agency experience who wants to create work for national and global audiences while continuing to grow their art direction skills. This position is onsite four days per week with flexible start and end times and includes full benefits. We can only consider candidates who currently reside in the greater Austin, Texas area. What You’ll Do Develop creative concepts and visual directions for integrated national and global marketing campaigns. Partner with copywriters and creative leads to turn strong ideas into engaging and memorable creative. Take ideas from initial concept through design, iteration, production, and final delivery. Create campaign work across social, digital display, web, print, and other marketing channels. Use AI-assisted creative tools to explore concepts, generate possibilities, accelerate iterations, and enhance your creative process. Maintain a high level of visual craft and brand consistency across campaign deliverables. Experiment with emerging creative tools and techniques to discover new ways of bringing ideas to life. Collaborate with the creative team to solve challenges and keep projects moving from concept to completion. What Will Make You a Strong Candidate An online portfolio showing campaign and conceptual work is required for consideration. 2–3 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency or in-house creative agency environment. Experience developing creative for large national or global campaigns. Strong conceptual thinking paired with hands‑on design skills. Experience concepting and art directing integrated campaign work. Curiosity about AI, emerging creative technology, and new ways of making great work. Bachelor’s or associate degree in design, advertising, art direction, or a related discipline. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to bring others along and influence without authority. Production chops and the hands‑on skills to help create what you visualize when needed. Software & Technical Skills Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Some experience with generative AI tools for creative concepting, exploration, and production. Familiarity with AI creative platforms and tools such as Google Gemini, Jasper, Claude, or Synthesia.
