Digital Transformation Consultant

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey
Salary: $165,000-$170,000 + $35,000 Bonus
Hybrid | Direct Hire | Full-Time

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to support enterprise clients throughout the RFP, pre-sales, discovery, and solution-alignment process.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, technology, and business transformation . The successful candidate will help shape solution strategies, guide enterprise stakeholders through complex buying decisions, and develop compelling responses to RFP opportunities.

This is not a system configuration or implementation role. The consultant remains involved through discovery, solution alignment, and scoping while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.

What You'll Do

• Participate in RFP responses, pre-sales demonstrations, and enterprise discovery engagements .
• Manage and support complex RFP cycles from strategy through final response.
• Help determine how proposed solutions align with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Shape compelling solution narratives around productized offerings and industry best practices.
• Conduct discovery with enterprise stakeholders to understand business requirements, workflows, and desired outcomes.
• Guide customers from highly customized requests toward scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Support solution alignment and scoping prior to implementation.
• Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Communicate effectively with executive-level customer stakeholders.
• Help strengthen RFP and pre-sales strategy to improve competitive positioning.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of experience in pre-sales, enterprise discovery, or complex software solution consulting.
• Demonstrated experience managing or playing a significant role in enterprise RFP cycles .
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying dynamics and complex sales processes.
• Experience conducting customer discovery, solution scoping, demonstrations, or similar pre-sales activities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solution strategies.
• Strong sales instincts and/or program management capabilities.
• Experience advising stakeholders and guiding adoption of established best practices.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM), document management, workflow automation, digital transformation, records management, data capture, business process management, or related enterprise software solutions is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $165,000-$170,000
• Bonus: Up to $35,000
