Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Lead in Jackson, GA. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for leading a production team, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and maintaining quality standards at a fast-paced facility. In a 2nd Shift Lead job youll be responsible for:

• Overseeing nightly plant operations, including production, safety, and quality control
• Supervising and supporting a team of general laborers and machine operators
• Monitoring workflow and making adjustments to meet production goals
• Enforcing safety policies and ensuring compliance with company and OSHA standards
• Communicating shift reports and maintenance needs to management

What youll need:

• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment
