Primary Care Physician Details We invite you to join the multidisciplinary practice of the Division of Family and Community Medicine within the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health in the School of Medicine, University of Utah. We are seeking board‑certified Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, and Family Physicians for the position of Clinical Attending Provider. The practice includes 11 clinics in 5 counties surrounding the Salt Lake City area.
