Essential Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP License required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Experience with school-aged children in elementary, middle, or high schools is highly desirable
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy to students with speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and support staff
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
• Offer consultative support to staff and families regarding students’ speech-language needs
