Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Gastonia, NC. You'll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided.

Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
Licensure from the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists
Eligibility for North Carolina licensure as a speech-language pathologist through the Department of Public Instruction
Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
