Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (Colorado)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of SLP best practices and IEP processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech, language, and communication therapy services to school-aged children
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Track student progress and collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and parents
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Provide ongoing support and advocacy for students’ communication needs

Position Details:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Onsite only, serving one school or possibly several within the same district
• Contract role for the school year
