ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 1997 and bring over 35 years of insurance experience to the table. Over the years, I've built an office focused on stability, relationships, and creating a workplace where people can build long-term careers.

I've been married for 29 years and have three kids. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, fishing, traveling, and spending time outdoors. We even have a pet-friendly office, which adds to the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere we've created.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Scott Queen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
