Position Otolaryngologist – Physician at Rush University Medical Center – Riverside Medical Center, Kankakee, IL. Location and Work Details Full‑time position with a Monday–Friday schedule. No emergency department call. Site: Riverside Medical Center (300 beds, 24/7 anesthesia coverage, robotic surgery). Opportunity to acquire Rush University Medical Center privileges for high‑risk surgical cases. Practice Highlights General Otolaryngology training welcome; subspecialty training also encouraged. Convenient campus location. Full‑time audiology services available. Research and teaching opportunities, with potential faculty appointment at Rush University. Duties & Responsibilities Outpatient clinic management. Inpatient rounding. Operating room assistance and case participation. Notes and Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology. Recent graduates are welcome; experience is appreciated but not required. Valid Illinois Medical License (or ability to obtain); Illinois Controlled Substances License (or ability to obtain). Benefits Pay Range: $457,000 – $630,000. Total compensation includes base pay, incentive programs, sign‑on and retention bonuses, relocation allowances, and a comprehensive benefits package.
