Coaches guide clients through workouts that track progress over time, helping them achieve the results they are looking for. All employees share responsibility for scheduling and leading free sessions to help prospects understand our program and ideally become members. Team members are responsible for consistently using our systems and processes to ensure best practice delivery of services and administrative compliance. Qualifications Required Skills: Passion for health & fitness Great communication skills: comfortable conversing with people in person and on the phone and conducting yourself professionally with prospects and clients. People skills and personality: energetic, excited and enthusiastic about the success of clients, prospects and team members. CPR/AED Certificate prior to the start of training. Preferred Skills: Health and fitness education: a college degree in a health‑related field is preferred, but not required. Personal Training Certification. Knowledge about nutrition. Experience with various strength training applications.
