Retail Display Installer - Technology

Overview Retail Display Installer – Technology, located in Market - SS - TX - Lubbock. Travel up to 90 miles from home (average). Work Monday–Friday; weekends are not required. We seek a reliable, detail‑oriented self‑motivated Field Service Representative to install and update sales floor fixtures, endcaps, and displays for leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Key Responsibilities Respond to management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability up‑to‑date. Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Build and install displays, end caps, and fixtures; conduct break‑fix repairs. Maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests. Fill out required forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site. Participate in early‑morning or team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback. Manage virtual software, ensure successful execution of related tasks, and adhere to timelines. Assist teammates as needed and report anomalies with correct timecards. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Accept weekend assignments as required. Schedule and plan hours; accommodate occasional early‑morning hours, weekends, and holidays based on client requirements. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday–Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, and reach overhead. Adaptability to changing tasks and work environments. Effective communication (phone, text, email); use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo upload, and apps. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred: experience in retail/merchandising, installation, tool proficiency, planogram adherence). Own Android or Apple mobile device for photo/data upload and navigation of communication platforms. Complete all training assignments in a designated timeframe. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
