Network Support Engineer

The Global Customer Support (GSC) team in the USA is expanding, and this role is part of the larger network support team working closely with Global Heads of Customer Support and Managers across regions. Responsibilities Provide technical expertise including installations, troubleshooting, deployment, and configuration of routers and other wireless network equipment. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented networks. Manage technical testing and deliver virtual global support using messaging apps based on client location. Act as first line of support for global enterprise customers via voice calls, email, and tickets. Take ownership of incident resolution for network support matters in accordance with SLA from start to finish. Diagnose network connectivity issues and explain resolutions to customers via email. Provide on‑demand technical support through remote sessions and conference calls when required. Collaborate with other network support engineers, often across time zones, to resolve network malfunctions. Qualifications Good understanding of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols. Strong problem‑solving skills for basic network issues. Cisco/Juniper certifications are a strong advantage but not mandatory. Knowledge of Peplink and HP Aruba switching. Familiarity with WiFi products such as Extreme or similar brands is advantageous. Clear and professional communication in English, both verbal and written; Spanish is highly desirable. Proactive, adaptable, team‑player, and comfortable assisting customers over the phone. Willingness to work a schedule of either 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week (including possible Saturdays and Sundays). Demonstrated ownership of customer issues from start to finish. Critical thinking mindset.
