Commercial Property Manager

Experienced in commercial retail property management? Seeking an opportunity to work for an established management firm overseeing a beautiful retail property? Then this could be the job for you!! This company provides high coverage for health benefits, solid retirement benefits, opportunities to for growth as the company expands and much more. The portfolio consists of a large open air retail center. This position is in office 5 days a week, with an Assistant Property Management support (opportunity to assist in selecting or bringing in your own support). Great bonus potential, as well as summer Fridays! Responsibilities will include :Preparing annual budget sDetermining Long-term major maintenance plan sCreating and managing Monthly budget variance report sMonitoring expenses to ensure cost effectiveness and recover yOverseeing maintenance and determining property maintenance timeline sSelecting and managing vendor sConducting periodic formal site inspections in complianc eManaging CapEx and TI project sManaging various property project fInterfacing with new tenant sManaging leasing administratio nPreparing ownership reportin gManaging a variety of ownership project Qualification s:3+ years' Property Manager with retail portfolios, with prior APM experien #J-18808-Ljbffr TORP Group
