Day-to-day work includes responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, preparing quotes and renewals, and ensuring timely follow-up on requests and documentation. The role involves reviewing coverage needs, explaining policy options, coordinating with carriers, and supporting clients through billing questions and claims-related processes. The Account Manager will maintain accurate records in agency systems, monitor account activity, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance coverage or expand services. Collaboration with producers and internal team members is expected to ensure a high level of service and consistent client satisfaction.QualificationsDemonstrated client service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and professional relationship management.Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines with attention to detail.Comfort working with office software and agency management systems; ability to learn new tools and follow documented workflows.Problem-solving and analytical skills to review coverage, interpret policy information, and resolve client issues effectively.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and carriers while also being self-directed in daily responsibilities.Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related client-facing role is preferred; property and casualty license or willingness to obtain one is beneficial.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education orrelevant certifications in insurance or business are a plus.
