Assistant Director of Operations
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Operations to take over day-to-day operations and lead a high-performing team. More than a manager, the Assistant Director of Operations is an operator ensuring operational stability, coordinating workflows, fostering team communication, and implementing business processes that align with agency goals.
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
