With that in mind, we are searching to add a Seasoned Director of Operations and someone who has experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury.

What You Will Be Doing

- Oversee daily operations across intake, pre-litigation, case management, & supports teams
- Manage staff performance and training
- Track KPIs
- Monitor case management
- Assist leadership in staffing & budgeting

What You Need for this Position

- 4+ years of Operations experience with a Law Firm
- 2+ years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury
- Experience managing a team
- Experience in KPI reporting
