Vending Machine Employee / Route Operator

Job Description Job Description MP Vending is hiring a reliable, self-sufficient employee to manage and service a vending machine route. This is a hands-on role where you are fully responsible for keeping machines stocked, clean, and functioning properly.

This is not a clock-in/clock-out job — you’re trusted to manage your route like your own business.

Responsibilities:

Service and restock vending machines across assigned locations
Ensure machines remain well-stocked (60%+ at all times)
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all machines
Diagnose and fix basic machine issues (bill acceptors, card readers, jams, etc.)
Coordinate or escalate larger repairs when needed
Track inventory and manage restocking efficiently
Work alongside another team member when required
Optimize route efficiency and performance over time

Requirements:

Prior vending machine experience preferred
If no vending experience: must be highly capable, hands-on, and quick to learn
Comfortable fixing and troubleshooting machines
Strong work ethic and ability to operate independently
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Must have transportation

Compensation:
$- annual salary
7.5 % bonus of salary

Workdays are up to you

Many operators complete routes in 3–4 focused days
