Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr We’re a passionate, family-owned business looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator / Video Editor to help tell our story and grow our brand across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. What You’ll Do: Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging videos tailored to each platform (IG Reels, Facebook Stories, LinkedIn posts, etc.). Collaborate with our team to develop content calendars and execute on social media strategy. Capture on-brand footage (or work with provided assets) to tell authentic stories about our products, team, and customers. Stay current with trends and algorithm updates across platforms to optimize content performance. Analyze video and campaign performance to help guide future content strategy. What We’re Looking For: 1–4 years of experience in social media content creation and video editing. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar. Understanding of best practices for video across IG, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
