Position Responsibilities The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis A responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out program This role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained by the Maintenance Supervisor and operating at company standards Additionally, you will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshooting Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Technical School Certification and 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience Preferred Education and Experience Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
