We fabricate custom designed, purpose-built enclosures and skids for our customers and perform mechanical and electrical integration in-house, delivering a true turn-key product to our customers. Position Overview

GTI Energy is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing operations through purchase order administration, supplier communication, reporting, and procurement data management. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Transactional Purchasing Support
• Confirm pricing, quantities, dates, and vendor acknowledgements
• Update supplier delivery dates and order notes accurately

Reporting & Visibility
• Create PO , Maintain reports on open POs, shortages, late deliveries, and supplier commitments and  other administrative .
• Provide daily updates to buyers, planners, and leadership teams
• Support KPI reporting related to supplier delivery and purchasing execution

Cross-Functional Coordination
• Communicate with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning teams to resolve issues
• Support documentation for new vendors, onboarding, and compliance records
• Assist with scheduling supplier calls and meetings

Requirements

Required Qualifications
• 1–3+ years coordination, purchasing support, customer service, or admin experience
• Strong Excel, ERP, and data accuracy skills
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline

Preferred Qualifications
• Manufacturing or supply chain environment experience preferred
