Marketing Specialist

VOD Visual is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing specialist to act as the operational engine for our North American marketing efforts. You won't just be managing logistics; you will also contribute creatively through graphic design and content development. This is a hands on role for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys the variety of juggling event coordination, digital campaigns, and brand management. Event & Logistics Management Tradeshows & Events: Lead the end to end coordination of national and regional tradeshows, product demonstrations, and sales events. This includes managing registrations, vendor communication, shipping, and on site logistics (setup/teardown). Vendor Relations: Source and manage external vendors, obtaining quotes, negotiating pricing, and tracking deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and on budget. Marketing Operations & Digital Support Digital Campaigns: Support the execution of digital strategies, including social media content, email campaigns, webinars, and website traffic generation. Content Management: Assist in maintaining and updating website content, including landing pages, blogs, and product visuals via WordPress/CMS. Budget Tracking: Prepare, submit, and track expense reports and invoices, ensuring compliance with company financial policies. Creative & Brand Support Graphic Design: Design compelling marketing collateral for both print and digital channels (e.g., flyers, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and email headers) while strictly adhering to VOD Visual’s brand guidelines. Visual Assets: Assist with photography and videography needs, including product shots, installation documentation, event coverage, and basic video editing. Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, and Marketing)to align on brand initiatives and strategic goals. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing. Proven experience with graphic design for both print and digital media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required; Premiere/After Effects preferred).Experience with WordPress or a similar Content Management System is preferred. Experience in B2B marketing, commercial technology, or the AV/LED industry is a plus. Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Adaptability: Ability to work effectively with cross functional and international teams across Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical & Travel Requirements Travel: Willingness to travel throughout the year for meetings, tradeshows, and training events, including visits to other VOD Visual facilities across the U.S. Licensing: Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
