Job Description Brake & Alignment Technician Responsibilities Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drivetrain and power steering parts and components. Test and install batteries; dismount or mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels; replace, rebuild, and/or recalibrate TPMS components. Use equipment and miscellaneous hand tools to complete work. Assist other employees and provide excellent customer service. Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for off‑site and emergency road services. Requirements Valid driver’s license. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally, as well as frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing. On‑the‑job training is available. Pay and Benefits $16.50 – $28.00 per hour (depends on experience and position). Quarterly bonus. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
