About the Role Want to launch your Customer Success career at the intersection of AI, hospitality, and communications technology? We're looking for a motivated, customer-obsessed Associate Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise & Hospitality team in Glendale, CA . You'll work directly alongside - and be mentored by - a Customer Success Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to AI, UCaaS, CCaaS, and enterprise hospitality tech that powers communications for hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, and healthcare providers nationwide. It's built for early-career professionals who want a clear path toward a full CSM role. In this role, you'll be a key connector between customers and internal teams - coordinating communications, tracking cases, preparing business reviews, and helping ensure every customer achieves their goals with BluIP. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Customer Success Manager to coordinate customer communications, onboarding, and account administration Serve as the day-to-day coordinator for customer requests, escalating strategy and commercial discussions to the CSM Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, holding regular success reviews to understand their contact centre operations, business goals, and success criteria Gain a deep understanding of each customer's environment , identify success gaps and opportunities, and propose solutions that accelerate adoption and business impact Contribute to high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) across the assigned portfolio Track open support cases and keep customers updated on status and resolution Schedule customer meetings and manage action-item follow-up Maintain accurate customer records and activities in HubSpot and internal systems Prepare reports, usage summaries, and business review materials Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Engineering, Operations, and Product teams Monitor customer engagement and escalate concerns or risks when needed Experience & Background 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, hospitality, telecom, SaaS, or a related field Strong organizational and project-coordination skills with sharp attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Microsoft Office - preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field - preferred Preferred Attributes & Soft Skills Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and resolve issues to completion Comfortable navigating escalation paths and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment An owner's mentality - you take initiative and see things through A fast learner who thrives in a detail-oriented, customer-focused environment Why BluIP?
