Customer Service Representative

Overview Store 4705623: 530 Warrensville Center Rd, Bedford, Ohio 44146 Shift Availability: Flexible Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, prompt service Operate the register and process cash transactions Make product suggestions and promote store merchandise Assist with the food program and daily store operations Maintain high standards for store appearance inside and outside the store Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to achieve daily tasks and store goals Qualifications Retail and customer‑service experience Experience as a sales associate or cashiering High school diploma or equivalent Motivation to advance in career Willingness to learn and have fun Excellent communication and friendly conversation skills Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality service Team‑orientated, problem‑solving mindset Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, ground to overhead, up to 30 minutes a shift Occasional lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds, ground to waist level Push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; eye‑hand coordination required Possible ladder use for retrieving materials or signs Compensation $12.00 to $12.50 per hour Benefits Medical, vision, dental, life insurance Short and long‑term disability Flexible schedules Weekly pay Weekly bonus potential 401(k) with company match Flexible spending/health savings accounts Tuition reimbursement Paid, comprehensive training Equal Opportunity & ADA Statement Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
