Job Overview


We are seeking a dependable and experienced Construction Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, woodworking, and fixture installation, along with the ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, pays attention to detail, and can be trusted to handle tasks from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry work on residential and commercial construction projects
• Build, install, and repair wood structures, fixtures, cabinetry, trim, and related components
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project specifications
• Install doors, windows, moldings, shelving, and other finish carpentry elements
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Work independently while managing time and priorities effectively

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred
• Strong woodworking and fixture installation skills
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and effectively
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials as needed
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
