Dental Receptionist

What You'll Do

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
• Manage patient records, insurance verification, and billing processes
• Collect and process patient payments and co-pays
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of dental receptionist or dental front office experience
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, scheduling software, and insurance processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-player attitude with a passion for patient care
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and professionalism in all interactions

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling available
• Working days include: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $18 $20 per hour, based on experience
• Dental insurance
• Paid time off (PTO)
