Associate Director, Comms Systems & CRM Optimization

Ennoble Care is seeking an Associate Director of Communications Systems to own the performance and optimization of our communications platforms (Dialpad) and CRM systems (Zoho), across 15+ offices and 11 states. This role reports to the CISO and collaborates with the COO and executive leadership, and is on-site in Arlington, VA. You will drive KPI improvements, design efficient workflows, and coordinate with vendors to keep systems aligned with patient access and intake priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ennoble Care
