SPT Shift: Days 5x8 0600-1430 M-F Types of Cases REQ: 80 Average Daily Tray Volume: 700 # of OR's: 72 Years of experience REQ: 2 First-timers accepted: Will review 1st time travelers with Trauma I experience and at least 2 years' experience. Weekend REQ: No National Certs required: one of the following: CBSPD or CRCST (Through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM) BLS REQ: (Y/N) No SPD Instrument Tracking: Censis CensiTrac strongly preferred Belimed washers/sterilizers Preferred Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Yes - within facility and their scope of care Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): No Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) No Locals accepted: No. What is the local radius rule? 75 miles Pending State License accepted: (Y/N) Yes RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days – Please note that within a 13-week contract 2 or more attendance issues (absences or tardies) is considered excessive. Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks.
