Caregiver / Medication Technician (QMAP) – Assisted Living & Memory Care

Location: Littleton, CO (Conveniently near Lakewood, Englewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, and Denver)

Caregiver Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living: grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Help with laundry, bed-making, and trash removal
Provide compassionate support in Assisted Living and Memory Care
Communicate effectively with team members via radios
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment

QMAP Responsibilities (in addition to caregiver duties)

Administer medications following the “Seven Rights”
Accurately document and reorder medications
Follow Colorado’s QMAP scope of practice and regulations
