Fulfillment Operations Manager

As the Fulfillment Operations Manager, you’ll manage a team responsible for efficient and accurate production and fulfillment. Your focus will be on business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), and direct-to-consumer (D2C) customers. Reporting to the Site Director, you’ll drive quality, safety, and teamwork. Specific knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, and e-commerce is required. Responsibilities: Leadership : Mentor and supervise assembly leads and workers, providing daily guidance. Positive Environment : Foster teamwork and employee development. Process Optimization : Monitor production to enhance efficiency and minimize waste. Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve production-related challenges promptly. Quality Control : Implement and enforce quality standards. Inspections and Audits : Regularly assess adherence to quality guidelines. Continuous Improvement : Identify process enhancements and implement best practices. Inventory Systems : Understand and troubleshoot inventory management tools. Label Printing Expertise : Support accurate label printing and inventory practices. Time Management : Ensure adherence to time management practices. Performance Tracking : Monitor and hold staff accountable for quality and productivity. Safety and Organization : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Additional Duties : Handle other assigned responsibilities. Qualifications: Experience: 5-7 years Manager experience in order Fulfillment, Warehouse Distribution and E-commerce. Supervisory Experience: Proven track record in a leadership role within warehousing operations. Process Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse fulfillment, quality, inventory systems, and shipping/receiving. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Conflict Management: Ability to create a constructive team environment. Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a deadline-driven setting. Software Proficiency: Skilled in inventory and production tracking software. Equipment Operation: Experience with power industrial trucks (PIT) preferred. Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform various physical tasks. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, stand, sit, push, pull and hear. The employee is required to use hands and fingers to operate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
