As a Financial Analyst at Coborn's, you'll help leaders understand the story behind the numbers and turn financial insights into meaningful action. Through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, you'll support decision-making and contribute to the success of our employee-owned company. This role is ideal for an early-career professional, recent graduate, or upcoming college graduate looking to build a career in finance. You'll gain hands‑on experience analyzing business performance, creating reports and financial models, and partnering with leaders across the organization to drive results. What Will I Do? Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance. Create reports, dashboards, and financial models that support operational and strategic decision‑making. Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for leaders. Partner with leaders across the organization to understand business results and support decision‑making. Collaborate on cross‑functional projects and strategic initiatives. Help improve financial reporting, forecasting, planning processes, and reporting tools. Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility into business performance. Salary Range: $55,000–$99,000 annually Compensation within this range is determined based on experience, qualifications, and the skills you bring to the role. Tools, resources and opportunities for career growth and development Education benefits including tuition discount and scholarship programs Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or AA Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or expected graduation within the next 12 months. 0-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, or a related field. Internship, co‑op, academic project, campus leadership, or relevant work experience is a plus. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
