Position Overview Very large group in Indiana is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for their outpatient Primary Care clinics in Miami County, IN and St. Joseph County, IN. Schedule & Locations Clinic open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m., open to a 4 or 5 day work week Option to choose from two locations about an hour apart from each other Call rotation every 9 weeks (shared and light) No weekend work – great work/life balance Scope of Practice Will see patients of all ages Will see 15–20 patients per day (PPD) 100% outpatient Requirements Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant NP/PA experience required Experience using eClinical Works EMR Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with full benefits Sign-on/relo bonus 401(k) Continuous Medical Education (CME) Paid Time Off (PTO) Loan repayment option and more Other Information Come live in a city known for being the circus capital of the world.
