ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2017 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, service, and strong performance. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Edward Jones advisor and a State Farm team member, and I come from a State Farm family, which has given me a deep understanding of the business.

I'm a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma and a proud husband and father of three girls. Family and community are incredibly important to me and are a big part of how I lead the agency. We stay actively involved in the community through our church, supporting local schools and sports, and giving back in meaningful ways, including helping pay off school lunch debt for students in need.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Drew Vincent - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensación: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
