Area Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities - Responsible for Distribution Development, Sales Growth to deliver rapid market share enhancement and volume growth in his Area. Reporting directly to Regional Sales Manager of his State/Zone & will lead a team of 4 to 5 Sales officers and approx. 20 Sales representatives in his state. Build team and motivate them for high performance Preferred candidate profile - The Area Sales Manager is the one focal point whose passion, perseverance and leadership is responsible to enhance overall organizational revenue and growth through the successful execution of the sales and distribution initiatives in his Area. The individual should be a good thinker, strong planner, and have good situational leadership skills to succeed. Most importantly he must have an entrepreneurial do-er mindset, and possess the ability to overcome people and process challenges that development initiatives can present. #J-18808-Ljbffr
