Area Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in the assigned area. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume, market share, and customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth. Conduct regular visits to stores to monitor inventory levels, identify issues, and provide solutions. Analyze sales data to optimize product placement, pricing strategy, and promotional activities. Desired Candidate Profile 4-8 years of experience in FMCG sales or related field (General Trade). Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective distribution management. Strong understanding of Retail Sales & Operations principles with ability to apply them effectively. Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
