As we continue to expand our presence across Large Format Retail (LFR) and modern retail, we are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive our retail business in Bangalore . Role Overview We are looking for an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales, distribution, visibility, and retail execution for Vaku Luxos mobile and laptop accessories across Large Format Retail stores in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities Manage Vaku Luxos business across assigned Large Format Retail (LFR) stores in Bangalore . Drive sales of Vaku Luxos mobile and laptop accessories across assigned retail outlets. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, department heads, category teams, and retail staff. Ensure product availability, proper assortment, visibility, shelf placement, and merchandising across stores. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors/retail partners to minimize stock-outs. Track sell-in and sell-out performance and prepare regular sales reports. Identify opportunities to increase product range, shelf space, store penetration, and revenue. Ensure effective execution of schemes, promotions, launches, and brand activities at store level. Manage and motivate promoters/sales staff, wherever applicable. Conduct regular store visits and monitor competitor pricing, products, promotions, and visibility. Develop new LFR opportunities and onboard new stores/accounts. Coordinate with distributors, retail partners, and internal teams to resolve sales and operational issues. Provide regular market feedback on customer preferences, competitor activity, pricing, and emerging opportunities. Follow up on collections/payments as per company requirements. Travel regularly across Bangalore for store visits and business development. Key Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is an advantage. 3–6 years of sales experience , in mobile accessories, laptop accessories, consumer electronics, smartphones, telecom, or related categories. Prior experience handling Large Format Retail (LFR) accounts is preferred. Strong knowledge of the Bangalore retail market. Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and presentation skills. Strong target orientation and execution capabilities. Ability to independently manage multiple retail accounts. Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
