Peak Bootcamp - Leadership and Professional Development masterclass held every day for the first month. Intern Bootcamp - An additional hour each day for interns to have time with experienced advisors to get questions answered and do further advisor training. Trainual - Over 120+ hours of training content built exclusively for Peak Retirement Planning, Inc. team members. Work alongside our client service team to provide our clients with white-glove service. Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical to ensure regulatory compliance.
