Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit

Schedule
Night shift, 1900-0730

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week

Requirements
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Experience in cardiovascular care with open heart recovery training
- Proficiency in balloon pump and open heart recovery

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide critical care for cardiovascular patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor and assess patients' status, implementing care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on recovery processes and health management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide advanced life support as needed.
